A physical card designed to pair with a DidiGift custom song. The recipient can keep the card and use the included song link or QR code to revisit the song.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Orders older than 30 days are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and any free gifts. Returned items should be clean and undamaged.
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless there is a quality issue (e.g., manufacturing defect or incorrect customization).
How to Return
- Contact Service@didigift.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
- Ship the item within 7 days of receiving authorization.
- Use a trackable shipping method.
Shipping Costs
- Non-quality related returns: return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Quality issues or incorrect items (including custom items with errors): Didigift.com covers the return shipping.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Gift card or discount coupon payments will be refunded according to the original method or as store credit. Partial refunds may apply for damaged or incomplete items.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact Service@didigift.com within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the damage.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund for defective items.
